1. About Us
Assiraj Hotels is operated by ASSIRAJ VOYAGES OÜ, a travel agent registered in Estonia and acting as an intermediary between you (the guest) and the hotel partner.
2. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a written confirmation containing a booking reference. Rates, taxes, and fees displayed at checkout are binding.
3. Pricing
Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT. Currency conversion fees may be applied by your bank.
4. Payment
We accept payments through Stripe, Airwallex, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
5. Liability
As an intermediary, our liability is limited to the booking service. We are not liable for events at the hotel beyond our control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
