Booking Policies
Confirmation
After payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking reference within minutes. Please verify guest names and dates immediately.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00 local time. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Cancellation
Most flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked at checkout and cannot be modified or refunded. Each property's specific terms are displayed before payment.
Modifications
Date, room, or guest changes are subject to availability and the rate plan. Contact our concierge at least 72 hours before arrival.
No-Show
Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge equal to the full reservation cost.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
Special Requests
Special requests (room preferences, celebrations, accessibility) are forwarded to the property but cannot be guaranteed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and trip interruption.
