Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption

Gift cards and travel credit are redeemable solely on AssirajHotels.com toward eligible reservations at properties in our curated portfolio. The full or partial value of a gift card may be applied at checkout by entering the unique code.

2. Not exchangeable for cash

Gift cards have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded for cash, or converted to any other currency or instrument.

3. Eligible bookings

Gift cards may be used for any standard hotel reservation made through AssirajHotels.com. Certain promotional rates, third-party experiences, taxes paid directly to the property, or in-stay incidentals may be excluded.

4. Partial redemption & remaining balance

If a booking total exceeds the gift card balance, the remainder is paid by the customer through any accepted payment method. If the booking total is less than the balance, the unused portion stays on the same code and may be used on future reservations until the balance reaches zero or the card expires.

5. Validity & expiry

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of activation, unless a different expiry has been specified by Assiraj Hotels at issuance. Expired gift cards are deactivated and cannot be reinstated.

6. Refund policy

Gift cards themselves are non-refundable once activated. Refunds for bookings paid with a gift card follow the cancellation policy of the underlying reservation. Where a refund is owed, the corresponding amount is credited back to the original gift card and remains subject to the original expiry.

7. Security & fraud

Gift card codes are unique and confidential. Treat them as cash. Assiraj Hotels is not responsible for codes lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Suspicious activity may result in suspension of the card pending investigation.

8. Bonus credit

Where the purchase price is lower than the face value (e.g. pay €400 to receive €500 credit), the difference constitutes a complimentary bonus and forms part of the gift card balance. Bonus credit is subject to the same terms as the rest of the balance.

9. Changes & contact

Assiraj Hotels may amend these terms for newly issued gift cards at any time. Existing gift cards remain governed by the terms in force at the time of activation. Questions: support@assirajhotels.com.
